July 1 news: In our previous sharing, we mentioned that in order to further ensure user privacy and security, Apple requires that all APPs that support account creation must have the function of deleting (cancelling) accounts.
The deadline given by Apple at that time was June 30, 2022, which was yesterday.
Today is the first day of the official implementation of this policy. Apple has begun to clean up some apps that violate this regulation. These apps will only be re-listed on the App Store after completing the rectifications.

â‘ If the APP does not contain important account-based functions, the user must be allowed to use it as a guest without logging in;
â‘¡ If the APP must create an account before it can be used, the developer must The APP provides the option to cancel the account, and the cancellation entrance can be easily found;
â‘¢ APP developers shall not require users to provide detailed personal information, such as ID card , address and other information for any reason other than legal regulations;
â‘£ Before logging out When opening an account, APP developers shall not require users to make phone calls, send emails, or otherwise deliberately set up obstacles to prevent users from completing logout.
⑤ After the user logs out of the account, the APP developer must delete the personal data simultaneously.
The implementation of the new policy has indeed brought more workload to application developers, but it has also brought more security guarantees to users.
