In the Huahong Jinxiu Shenjiang Park located in Jinqiao, Pudong, the latest anti-epidemic artifact launched by Xinsong, the Duoke nucleic acid sampling booth, was recently "on duty" for park employees to experience.
The Duoke convenient nucleic acid sampling booth covering an area of less than 3 square meters is "fully equipped with all five organs" - it is equipped with a Duoke nucleic acid sampling robot, disposable throat swabs , and testing test tubes . In addition, it is also equipped with ultraviolet rays and disinfectant. Disinfection, temperature control devices, etc., ensure that the sampling booth is not contaminated and the temperature is suitable for storing sampling samples. It truly achieves a sterile environment, flexible movements, unmanned sampling, and convenient equipment.
Scan the nucleic acid code, follow the voice prompts to the sampling window, open your mouth and bite the disposable mouthpiece, and then click the start button. At this time, the robotic arm will insert the sampling cotton swab into the mouth and rotate the sample. The robotic arm then aligns the swab with the test tube, inserts the swab into the test tube, cuts off the sampling swab, inserts it into the test tube, and finally seals it. Immediately afterwards, the disinfectant spray port sterilizes the position of the mouthpiece, the part where the throat swab is taken, and the position of the scissors. In terms of disinfection, Zhongke Xinsongduoke's convenient nucleic acid sampling booth achieves "one person, one disinfection". After each sampling is completed, use 75% alcohol from the spray port above the mouthpiece at the sampling port outside the sampling booth. Carry out spray disinfection; the robot inside the equipment picks up the throat swab part and the position of the scissors, and uses hydrogen peroxide for automatic disinfection. In addition, when the equipment is idle, the inside of the sampling booth is regularly disinfected by ultraviolet light, forming a set of high-standard and high-reliability closed-loop disinfection actions to ensure the safety of the people being sampled and the samples collected.
