In 2020, Didi's car-hailing drivers' income accounted for 79.1% of the total passenger payables. In order to balance supply and demand, passengers can get taxis faster, with cheaper fares and enjoy better services, so that drivers can steadily increase their income while providing better services. In the past two years, on the basis of increasing security investment, we have continued to improve efficiency, reduce operating costs and maintain continuous operations at low gross profit levels.
