1. The applicant
Register and operate enterprises within Wujiang District , public institutions and individuals with household registration in this district or working in this district for a long time.
2. Reward standards
(I) Domestic invention authorization reward
Funding content and standards: Invention patents authorized by National Intellectual Property Office in 2022, the first right holder of the patent is the enterprise and individual registered in Wujiang District, and each item is given a certain amount of reward. The total amount of funding shall not be higher than 50% of the official fees paid for obtaining patent rights, and shall not include annual patent fees and intermediary service fees such as patent agency.
(II) International Trademark Reward
Funding Content and Standards: Enterprises will receive a reward of 5,000 yuan per item by the first registered international trademark through the Madrid system, and a reward of 2,000 yuan per extended protection country or region, and the cumulative reward of no more than 200,000 yuan in that year.

(III) International Patent Authorization Reward
Funding Content and Standards: Enterprises apply for international patents through PCTh or Paris Convention channels, and obtain patents authorized by developed countries such as the United States, EU member countries, the United Kingdom, Japan, South Korea, or countries along the "Belt and Road" to receive a maximum reward of 20,000 yuan per piece (the patent authorization reward of the same family shall not exceed 100,000 yuan).

III. Application materials
(I) Domestic invention authorization reward
is carried out through online declaration. Applicants are required to log in to the "Suzhou Wujiang District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau Reward Application Platform" (website: http://180.97.151.88:85/Account/Login) for registration and declaration. The list of domestic invention patent authorizations that meet the conditions from January to August 2022 has been introduced into the online declaration system and will be confirmed and submitted by each right holder unit.

4. Deadline
All declaration deadlines are before October 31, 2022.
5. Application requirements
1. All supporting materials must be arranged in sequence, clear, complete, and true and compliant. Copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit.
2. When it is found during the review process that the applicant may have abnormal declaration situations, the reward approval will be suspended and the investigation procedure will be launched.
3. The applicant is responsible for the unsuccessful acceptance of the application materials due to untimely submission.
