Guo Jinlong is a senior technician in the welding track section of the original Hohhot Group Company and the chief technician of the national railway. From a front-line worker to a large country craftsman, Guo Jinlong first set his work goals, and his first goal was to be a skilled worker. After I joined the job, I didn't go to middle school and I didn't have enough requirements to be an electrician. I became a skilled worker only after I got the junior high school certificate through self-study. It took 10 years to realize it. The second goal is to be a qualified skilled worker. To be familiar with the working principle of the equipment at this position, when the equipment fails, it should be repaired in the shortest time and the fastest. By participating in various professional courses, I became the main maintenance force of the company and was admitted to the electrician. It took another 10 years to achieve this goal. The third goal is to be the best skilled worker. It is necessary to use the shortest time and the fastest speed to repair the difficult failures of domestic and imported equipment in the same industry across the country.It took more than 5 years to achieve this goal, and I also passed the examination for senior technicians. After achieving these goals, I don't want to be idle, and I just participate in the work of technological innovation. Working with the scientific research team is relatively smooth, and it is very difficult when you enter the research and development by yourself, especially at the stage when you invest in research and development by yourself. There was no financial support, no test site, no staff to help, and ridicule. There are a series of difficulties in applying for the National Science and Technology Award. I don’t know how to write application documents to learn now, I don’t upload attachments, and I don’t make a special trip to Beijing to send it directly to the Ministry of Science and Technology.
