2.PET/CT suggests that the lesions of the soft tissue in the anterior segment of the upper lobe of the right lung showed an abnormal increase in radioactive uptake, and the maximum SUV value was 10.4, indicating that the lesions have high tumor activity.
3. Bilateral neck (areas IV, V), bilateral supraclavicular, mediastinal (groups 1R, 1L, 2R, 2L, 3A, 4, 5, 6, 7) and right hilar area, multiple enlarged lymph nodes, partially fused, showing a significant abnormal increase in radioactive uptake, which is considered to be multiple lymph node metastasis.
4. Locally mild osteolytic lesions in the sternum, with nodular abnormal increase in FDG metabolism, considered as bone metastasis . (PS: Similar to early bone metastasis, it is actually difficult to detect on CT. PET/CT still has great advantages)
5. The red circles are all tumor lesions, and the radioactive concentration in the remaining areas is physiological uptake.

The diagnosis is clear, and the next step is the choice of the treatment plan. Obviously, this friend has lost the opportunity for surgery.
