On September 24, the 6th " China Life Protection and Protection Cup" Health Care and Family Service Industry Skills Competition of Rizhao City came to an end at Rizhao National Expo Center. There are 65 teams and 260 contestants in various medical institutions, vocational colleges, health care institutions, and housekeeping enterprises in the city, competing on the same stage. It is the largest and most extensive event in Rizhao's previous home service industry skills competitions.
Lanshan District People's Hospital has widely mobilized nursing staff to participate in this competition through layer-by-layer selection, in line with the principle of strengthening the construction of nursing teams and improving the overall functions of nursing staff, and a total of 8 nursing staff from the elderly care group and infant care group were selected to participate in the competition.
This competition strictly benchmarks the requirements of the national and provincial competitions, and refers to national standards and industry specifications. 3,000 theoretical examination question banks were compiled, and skills operation procedures and assessment standards for four major competition projects: elderly care, infant care, housekeeping waiters and housekeeping trainers were issued. 8 skills practical standard videos were released, and concentrated skill training was organized. The finals were held simultaneously, and the full-scene assessment method was adopted to simulate actual operation scenarios and promote performance through competitions; the practical skills competition scores were introduced into the online scoring system of judges to realize the real-time large-screen release of scores, ensuring the timely, accurate, efficient, fair and just results disclosure. On the day of the
competition, after fierce competition, the Lanshan District People's Hospital team won the first prize in the group, among which Wang Xiaoshuang of obstetrics won the first prize in the infant care group, Shen Aijing won the second prize in the infant care group, Ma Yue of neonatal department won the third prize in the infant care group, Zhu Liwen of the delivery room won the excellent prize in the infant care group, and Ma Shanshan and Chen Weizhen won the best instructors.
