As the saying goes: "Flowers are colorful, and people have seven emotions and six desires." "Seven emotions and six desires" have a great influence on our behavior. Because each of us has feelings, and our feelings are innate in the world. Therefore, our smiles, words and deeds are all closely related to our "seven emotions and six desires".
Now I briefly explain the impact of the so-called "seven emotions" on people:
"Seven emotions", which are the seven emotions that we often produce in our daily lives, are also normal phenomena in our life activities. For example, when you encounter happy things, you will be happy and like it; when you encounter bad things, you will be angry, sad, or angry. However, there is a saying that "angry hurts the liver", "happy sadness", that is, overexcited emotions will hurt the internal organs. This leads to the occurrence of diseases, which is the "seven emotions of internal injury" in Chinese medicine.
Therefore, "seven emotions" are closely related to the functional activities of the internal organs. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the physical damage caused by various emotional excesses is divided into: "anger hurts the liver", "happy sadness", "thinks hurts the spleen", "sorrows hurt the lungs", "fear hurts the kidneys" and so on.
Chinese medicine believes that the seven emotions are governed by the five internal organs and are related to the physiological and pathological changes of the five internal organs. One care and one anger can affect the functions of the internal organs. Once the emotional excitement is excessive, sudden, strong or long-term emotional stimulation will cause the visceral qi and blood dysfunction, resulting in imbalance of yin and yang, imperfect qi and blood, which will lead to various diseases of the body. For example, happiness is the mind, anger is the liver, thinking is the spleen, sad is the lung, and fear is the kidney. Therefore, the fluctuations of the seven emotions can affect the balance and movement of the yin and yang qi and blood, and excessively extreme emotions are a darker that harms the body.
