I am one of the first scholars in mainland China to engage in psychological counseling activities. In 1988, I started the establishment of the "Beijing Health Personality Research Association" based on Beijing Academy of Social Sciences and held an important position. This research association is the earliest interdisciplinary research association in the country with the theme of "mental health". After the establishment of the research association, it carried out a large number of activities, including the first national psychological counseling and healthy personality training course in Beijing in July 1988.

Since 1998, I have been doing my best to turn the focus of psychology research into applications. I began to take advantage of the conditions of the Beijing Academy of Social Sciences to hold a large number of applied psychology salons and practice various methods. In 2001, I began to develop the idea of "maining" and it developed rapidly. In 2002, the Beijing Academy of Social Sciences established the Center for Applied Psychology Research, and I served as the executive director. After the theory and methods of Tongxin were initially formed, I began to hold a large number of workshops for the society.
In 2006, I held the "Mental Health Tour" event to popularize "Music Heart" across the country. From 2007 to 2009, the number of workshops I held reached a climax. The number of held events is about 30 times a year, and the number of cases each time is also increasing compared to before. At most, a three-day workshop was conducted, 11-12 cases. Every time I do a case, I never encounter any situation where I cannot make breakthroughs or continue to do it. The results of workshops and cases are getting better and better, making me think of popularization. When I do individual cases in workshops, I often find it difficult to make progress, but I cleverly make breakthroughs one by one, which makes people shocked. In these situations, I often feel regretful that there are too few people who know and benefit from such good results. Why can't there be several cameras to broadcast the entire process live?
students gave positive comments. Some students said they wanted to learn, and some people even said that they should be popularized for suggestions.
More importantly, my research on maximization theory is becoming more and more mature, and I see the great significance of "maximization", and the idea that "human interactions will undergo the third revolution: maximization." My subconscious also changed profoundly. In the past, in my animal images, there were large animals such as elephants, camels, lions, tigers, etc., but there was never a far-sighted "eagle". In 2009, I held workshops near Jiufeng, Yangtaishan, Beijing many times. I looked for the attractions of Jiufeng , but the parties involved didn't seem to say it was true enough. I looked at a few places, but none of them were ideal. In the end, I actually used the scenery to make love. In the combination of two mountains and a ridge in the middle, I saw a majestic "eagle" that was sweeping downward. I told many students about my discoveries, and they all recognized them and felt strange. ——This is the "eagle" in my heart.
2010, Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics Press published my second monograph on "Maining Heart". In 2010, when I held a workshop in Hainan, my research was passed on to Hainan TV. Hainan TV recorded the "Human interaction will experience the third revolution: maturity." and it was broadcast in the "Special Zone Lecture Hall".
How to spread the theory and method of "maximization"? In 2011, I had the idea of recruiting apprentices.
To understand "maximum" and love "maximum", you first need spiritual growth and a lot of growth experience. So, I thought of " master-apprentice ".
master-apprentice system is Chinese traditional culture and custom. Currently in China, most skilled and competitive industries have learned skills. The same is true for the Chinese psychological and psychological service industry. Several psychologists who have achieved success in psychology and psychological counseling have begun to recruit apprentices. Ancient saying: "Doctors do not knock on the door, and the Tao will not be passed on lightly." The master-apprentice system is conducive to the healthy development of China's psychological service industry theory and technology and the orderly progress of industry competition.China's psychological services must have their own characteristics, and the apprenticeship system is worthy of in-depth exploration.
I have been engaged in psychological counseling for 38 years and have proposed first-level original theories such as "maintenance theory", "three elements of personality theory", "people's basic survival state theory", and second-level original theories such as "theory of hierarchy of all people", and "theory of energy of all people". And apply these theories in practice to achieve encouraging and great results.
Since 2012, I decided to teach its theories and methods and try to apply the master-apprentice system of traditional Chinese culture. The first batch of apprentices recruited ten people. Generally speaking, their motivations were basically just to make a case cheaper, have a sense of growth, and trust me more. Secondly, it is to learn theory and technology.
Now I popularize "maintain counseling". As long as I persist in studying, most people, within an average of 3-5 years, can grow, transform, change their careers from clients and become psychological counselors. The reason they made this change was because they tasted the sweetness. The biggest sweetness is to discover that psychological counseling is a path to happiness, because you must continue to grow in this profession. Everyone is in a better and better mood, their interpersonal relationships are getting better and better, and time is free, so why not do it?
