Trauma is a common phenomenon, and most important issues in life are related to early trauma. In this trauma focus, Teacher Li Ming gave lectures from four aspects, namely the cessation of the process, the living body's replenishment of itself, the attitude of focusing, and the restart of the process. Eugene Gendlin, the founder of Focused Oriented Psychotherapy, said: "Interactions now can implicitly and concretely continue the process that stopped in childhood.
