The construction content mainly includes the reinforcement and reconstruction of the water inlet gate, sand flushing gate, overflow weir, upstream and downstream connecting sections (the designed water diversion flow of the water inlet gate is 29.62 m³/s, and the increased diversion flow is 35.54 m³/s). The elevation of the bottom plate of the water inlet gate is 516.50m, and the elevation of the bottom plate of the sand flushing gate is 516.00m. The design normal water level is 518.35m, the design flood level is 521.24m, and the verified flood level is 521.44m.
(2) Source of funds:
The total investment of this project is 28 million yuan, of which fiscal funds are 8 million yuan, accounting for 28.57% of the total investment. It is planned to apply for special bonds of 20 million, accounting for 71.43% of the total investment.
(3) Source of income: New irrigation benefits for 400,000 acres of farmland crops in the
operation project area.

Project name: Wuhu County Chengguan area river and lake water system connection project
(1) Construction content:
This project is based on one river ( Qingyi River ) and four lakes (East Lake, South Lake, Luofu Lake and Wangxi Lake) as the core, effectively connect the river and lake systems in the district, and ecologically replenish urban rivers and lakes through new water diversion and lifting projects to meet the needs of urban water environment and water landscape functions. At the same time, it promotes the water circulation of rivers and lakes in the district, maintains the health of the urban lakes themselves and the basic stability of the ecosystems of the upstream and downstream rivers, and meets the requirements of ecological base flow . Main construction content: 4 new pumping stations; 6.75km of new water pipelines; 4.81km of comprehensive channel management, including channel dredging, bank slope improvement, reinforcement and reconstruction of dams and bridges along the line, and landscape greening along the line.
(2) Source of funds: The total investment of the
project is 222.40 million yuan, of which the project capital is 52.40 million yuan, accounting for 23.56% of the total investment. It is planned to use special bond funds of 170.00 million yuan, accounting for 76.43% of the total investment.

Project name: Songyang County Lixin Reservoir reconstruction and expansion project
(1) Construction content:
A new upper reservoir is built 640 meters upstream of Lixin Reservoir, with a water collection area of 3.58km2. The reservoir capacity of the reservoir is 1.074 million km3. The existing reservoir dam and spillway will be reinforced, and the drainage culvert will be demolished and constructed.
(2) Funding source:
The total investment of this project is 119.5172 million yuan, of which 49.5172 million yuan of project capital is financial funds, accounting for 41.43% of the project capital. It is planned to use special bond funds of 70 million yuan, with special bond funds accounting for 58.57%.

(1) Construction content:
Water supply and irrigation surface It covers an area of 46,700 acres. The installed power of the first-level pumping station is 4.2MW, the installed power of the second-level pumping station is 1MW, and the installed power is greater than 1MW. The project grade is III, and the project scale is medium-sized. The irrigation area of the first-level pumping station is 46,700 acres, and the design flow rate of the pumping station is 0.87m³/s; the irrigation area of the third-level pumping station is 16,500 acres, and the design flow rate of the pumping station is 0.62m³/s. Two new reservoirs were built, with a total storage capacity of 170,000 m³, and 4,000 acres of ecological protection forest were planted.
(2) Source of funds: The total investment of the
project is 72.0414 million yuan, with self-owned funds of 32.0414 million yuan. It is planned to apply for special bonds totaling 40.000 million yuan with a term of 20 years.
