It took me almost half a month to learn from the beginning, and I was panicked by various homework in the special training camp every day to being able to adapt and plan my time.
Breakthrough point is a breakthrough in thinking
Micro-Blue Light is a learning organization, so input and output are our daily life.
Every day, there is a new thinking model thinking, and it needs to be shot into a video to answer it. We must first find relevant information online, then digest it into our own knowledge, and finally express it in our own language.

You can also watch the answer videos of other friends in the group, and finally define the true meaning of this thinking model.
Through thinking about the thinking model, I have changed my attitude towards people and things and the perspective of looking at problems.
When you encounter some people and things in your life, you will be surprised to find that these are all corresponding to the thinking model you have learned, and you will feel enlightened.
The clue point we broke through is actually a breakthrough in thinking.
Start with the end and don’t lose your goals
Let yourself make progress a little bit every day, not only to increase your knowledge, but also to let yourself know more clearly the way you are going.

Of course, simply learning is not enough, we still need to practice it in the matter. In the third week, we started to divide tasks into small groups. The task of our group is an area that the team members have not covered before, so the progress is very slow and they are even stuck.
Lianchuang decided to ask several vice presidents to help us. Here, there is no clear hierarchical definition, nor clear division of responsibilities and rights, and we fight together.

My method is: If you find it difficult and can't get over it, then you might as well try it, roll it up and endure it.
So in the group, I actively handed in my homework, and got my first place in the first week.
The encouragement and praise of my friends made me feel that I could persevere. Only by doing something will it bear fruit.
From the beginning, don't lose your goals. Many amazing achievements are composed of small actions.
Last words
This is the fifth week of the special training camp. I don’t care at all about the final result. At this stage, I am just enjoying the happiness brought by learning and self-growth.
Only by not forgetting the original intention, keeping an enterprising spirit with a humble attitude, can you have the opportunity to reach a higher level.
Don’t take every little thing seriously with a utilitarian mind. If you have a rich heart and expect something, you will definitely gain a different self.
