Thank you very much for your blessings to me, and some of your friends also started calling me Master. However, in my heart, becoming an MCC is not more important than getting the coaching supervisor certification or becoming a PCC.

I want to tell you that I am not a master. I am just a coach who keeps walking on the coaching path, and there is no essential difference like you, him, and her.

First of all, I have a very clear self-knowledge: I am not a master, and I have no intention of becoming a master in the eyes of others.

In Chinese, "master" means a scholar with profound attainments and a high reputation, or a person with a high level and profound influence.

Although I have been on the coaching path for 10 years, compared with the predecessors who have been on this path for 20, 30 or even 40 years (I don’t know if there is any) and the predecessors who have pioneered the coaching industry, I am still a beginner. I dare not claim to be "deep attainments", and it is far from "enjoying a high reputation", let alone "lofty realm" and "deep influence".

What I enjoy is walking freely on the coach's road, and at the same time I have the mood to see the scenery. When I need it, I can stop and sit with flowers, plants, birds and beasts for a while, or do nothing, just stare at the sky in a daze, letting time flow slowly...

Even if I am still walking on the coach's road in 20 years, I just have a little more cultivation and some experience based on the experience of my predecessors, and that freedom will always accompany me along the way... So, I am not a master.

Secondly, becoming an MCC is not the reason why I embarked on the coaching path.

Become a coach more because of my mission - serves leaders with souls, uses leadership to ignite people's inner desires and real power, and brings beauty to the business world. and coach happens to be the identity I chose or the working method I chose.

It is also because of my mission that makes me very interested in another group of people - professional coaches, because I know that changing the business society with my own strength is simply impossible (Mission Impossible), so I need to gather more like-minded coaches who can provide quality services to move forward together.

For me, whether it is ACC, PCC, MCC titles and certificates, or identities such as coaching, mentoring, and coaching supervision, they are all by-products on this road. You will definitely gain something on this road, just a matter of time.

Therefore, it is neither too early nor too late to get MCC certification in this year of 10 years of coaching. It is an important by-product of my 10-year coaching journey, and it is also an explanation for my colleagues and myself. That's all.

Again, getting MCC certification is just a milestone event on the road to coaching, and it cannot 100% represent the status of MCC.

I have heard too many people say : "***Isn't it MCC? How could it be..."

What I want to say is that getting the certification only means having this ability and status, and it does not say that TA has this ability and status all the time.

There is a difference between the two like mountains and water.

We will expect the most respected MCC in our hearts to not make any mistakes in any coach demo. Do every question asked is 9-10 points?

Will they expect their MCC status to appear in every moment and anywhere in their lives?

It is this external pressure that makes some people have no courage to present their authenticity and dare not let everyone know their shortcomings and deficiencies - and this is a reality that cannot be avoided by being a human being.

This kind of response may deepen some partners' misunderstandings - MCC should be like what... Everything may make more partners unable to be themselves at ease.

So, please don’t call me a master. For me, the truth and freedom in life are more important.

Finally, even if I got the MCC, it would not change the current situation of being a living person with flesh and blood.

I know very well that I have my own unique essence and personality traits, what I am good at and what I am not good at, and my innate light and darkness, even if I know that I will continue to grow on this basis.

Therefore, I am not a great god, nor do I want to become a myth. I just want to keep my feet on the ground and carry my flesh and blood with my friends to deliver my mission of this life with my friends ——Serve soul-willing leaders, use leadership to ignite people’s inner desires and real power, and bring goodness to the business world.

It is precisely because of ordinary people that they understand better that the road to fulfilling their mission requires more companions.

So I would like the philosophy of Servant Leadership servant leadership and Humble Leadership humble leadership.

And my vision picture is a grand water system from heaven to earth. They water the whole world and nourish countless animals, plants, organisms, microorganisms, , as well as ubiquitous particles, frequencies and energy...

Everyone is an indispensable organic component in this interdependent ecosystem.

And I, like other coaches, are just a drop of water drops in this huge water system. It is precisely the countless small water droplets that form the grand water system that nourishes the entire ecosystem, which presents infinite power!

Of course, it is necessary to be honest that in the secular world, sometimes the MCC title is "very" important. The same is true for me.

is also a coaching coach to grow. Obtaining MCC certification means having more professional coaches (PCCs) to coach and supporting them to become MCC.

Before that, I can only coach and support them to move towards PCC.

As mentioned earlier, companionship and support professional coaching is a very important part of my mission.

At the same time, having an MCC certificate may also mean that under the circumstances that other conditions remain unchanged, there is a greater possibility that companies will choose senior managers.

Just, these are all worldly benefits and will not fundamentally change the essence of people.

For me, it is also something that makes me extremely happy to be able to wear this MCC hat with awe when I need it and support my partners who come to meet their dreams in the best of my ability.

Because I know, I am delivering my mission!

Just, it is more important to keep this feeling of awe in mind! It will make me look inward more, be more self-aware, be more present and empty myself, so that I can learn more from the people in front of me and regard them as the most valuable teachers in my life.

At the same time, it is equally important to take off this hat anytime, anywhere without any nostalgia, because it gives us inner determination when facing the temptation of the world and also gives us the courage to be an ordinary person calmly.

The biggest advantage of admitting that we are ordinary people is that we can face ourselves, others, and everything more realistically.

I thank all this with a grateful heart! And I believe that all happenings are the best gifts for the moment! I will also repay this favor with my mission.
