Blue Whale TMT channel reported on November 2 that recently, media reported that New Oriental founder Yu Minhong and Oriental Selection will be transferred from Douyin to Tmall platform. The cause was that on October 31, Yu Minhong was invited by the New Oriental Postgraduate Entrance Examination Business Department to go to Taobao's flagship store to give a speech to college students.
Yu Minhong responded to this in his personal WeChat public account "Lao Yu Gossip", saying that this speech was over-interpreted as New Oriental's strategic transfer to the platform, "Of course, this is basically nonsense.
