Dear student:
Since you participated in the new induction training in 2013, we have known each other for ten years. Although we have not been able to meet each other every year over the years, we are always concerned about every detail of you.
I still remember our first meeting. It was on the evening of the training class that you left until the end. Only when the other students left did you come over with a shy smile to ask for help. I heard that there is still a colleague in your unit who joined the company and wants to participate in the training, but the county bureau has only one place, which was finally given to you. You found the textbooks very useful, and I hope to bring one more set to go back to colleagues who were unable to participate. How can I refuse such a request? After finding the textbook, we added contact information and became friends. The next morning was the last half of the day of class. I observed you specifically, sat in the first row of the classroom, listened to the class carefully, and remembered the notebook I sent on the day of my registration. I planned to talk to you during lunch, but after the shift, you picked up a backpack from the ground and ran out because the journey back was too far, and if you missed a bus, you have to wait for tomorrow. It was almost ten o'clock in the evening, and I suddenly received your message and finally got home.
In the second year, the training list was replaced by someone else. You contacted me on your own initiative, hoping to get the teacher’s courseware to take a look. We are just in contact with each other intermittently. I have learned a lot of training needs from you and paid attention to your growth and progress.
In the third year, we finally have the opportunity to meet again. You are already the young backbone of the front line. I still remember what you said during the group discussion of the grassroots backbone training class. We finally have the opportunity to sit down and chat in person, listen to you talk about the cases and difficulties encountered in daily supervision, and make an appointment to find an opportunity to study at your job.
However, neither of us expected that the next meeting will be a few years later. In 2016, you patrolled and guarded the flood control dam day and night; in 2017, you were active in the 100-day safety production campaign; in 2018, like thousands of Communist Party members, you devoted yourself to the great cause of poverty alleviation and became a village cadre.
The third meeting has come in 2019. Your place has just completed the market supervision reform and you have become a deputy director of a grassroots market supervision office. This time you feel that you are much more haggard. I also know that after the merger of multiple units, the scope of functions has been greatly integrated and expanded, including business environment, food safety, special equipment, price supervision and other different fields. This is a new and huge challenge for us.
In 2020, the new coronavirus epidemic suddenly hit. In a critical moment, when we participated in the four-level linkage of the "Provincial-City-District-Office" organized by the Provincial Bureau to go to the Wuhan City Supervision Office for support, we heard the news that you were wearing protective clothing to transport patients and stick to the temporary cabin. During the linkage process, I felt the difficulty of daily supervision work, and I was also moved by your hard work. We made an appointment. After the epidemic, we will definitely find opportunities to get together. But by 2021, you will be busy with the "Yangtze River Fishing Ban" and "Imported Cold Chain Food Epidemic Prevention and Control", and the meeting time has been postponed again.
Dear student, I have only met three times in ten years. I want to tell you that we all remember the hardships of studying, the conflicts of work and study, and the challenges of new business. In 2018, we used mobile Internet technology to develop the "market supervision online education platform " with independent intellectual property rights, making it possible for students to learn at any time and with them. In order to meet the training needs of cadres and staff, my colleagues have prepared a detailed knowledge system and made updated courses at a rate of more than 400 courses per year. The online courses we have produced are not only adopted by the State Administration for Market Regulation in multiple batches, but are also shared in brother provinces such as Inner Mongolia, Shandong, Xinjiang, and Tibet, and have won awards in various video competitions many times. In offline training, through reconstructing business modules and standardizing training processes, innovation in teaching models and organizational capabilities have been achieved, and the number of training periods and number of people per year has been increased several times. In addition, we also produce and open public welfare course resources to market entities and the public, and use live broadcasts, MOOC , short videos, public accounts and other forms to enrich communication channels, create a new media matrix, and generate more than 10 million clicks.
Dear friend, I want to make another agreement with you. I hope you can go to our recording studio, tell us your deeds and stories in full, as a teacher, as a colleague, and as a friend. I am looking forward to it.
