Pre-examination and triage
1. All people entering the hospital are required to wear masks throughout the process, consciously maintain a "one-meter line" distance, actively present a 48-hour nucleic acid negative certificate, fusion code or health code and itinerary code, and cooperate with pre-examination and triage personnel to conduct temperature testing and epidemiological investigation (the elderly without smartphones, visually impaired and hearing-impaired people, etc., must show their ID cards, register their personal information on the spot, and cooperate with medical personnel to accept epidemiological history investigation).
2. For those who have symptoms such as fever (body temperature ≥37.3℃), dry cough, fatigue, loss of smell and taste, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat, conjunctivitis, myalgia and diarrhea, or have a history of traveling in medium and high-risk areas in the past 7 days, contact with confirmed COVID-19 or asymptomatic infected persons, , , etc., please wear a mask correctly throughout the process, actively inform the pre-examination and triage personnel, and cooperate with the staff to register and go to the fever clinic for treatment.
General outpatient visits
1. Our hospital implements appointment registration, and registration is based on real-name system and appointments are made according to time-divided periods.
2. Please consciously maintain a "one-meter line" distance during medical treatment, examination and medication, and cooperate with "one doctor, one patient, one diagnosis" and other relevant epidemic prevention and control measures.
3. Patients and accompanying families must wear masks throughout the process. Family members are restricted from accompanying families. If the condition is indeed necessary, only one family member can accompany them.
Fever clinic patients visit
Hospital fever clinic is open 24 hours a day. Patients who visit patients must actively cooperate with the fever clinic doctors to do epidemiological investigations and registration, obey the arrangements of medical staff, and conduct new coronavirus nucleic acid tests and blood routine examinations (if necessary, chest CT and other examinations), and please stay patiently in the designated area to wait for the results of the examination.
Hospitalization and caregiver management
1. The hospital ward implements 24-hour access control management, refuses visits from relatives and friends, and advocates telephone and video condolences.
2. Except for critically ill patients, the admitted patients and their accompanying caregivers must issue a negative nucleic acid test report for the new coronavirus within 48 hours.
3. Hospitalized patients are "not accompanied unless necessary". One escort person is required to accompany them, and the escort person is fixed and must not be replaced at will.
4. After identity verification, the accompanying staff will provide a 48-hour negative nucleic acid test report, check the health code and itinerary code, and issue a accompanying certificate after normal temperature test. Patients and accompanying personnel shall not leave the ward unless they are treated or examined, nor shall they go to each other. During the examination and treatment, they shall actively show the accompanying license and entry and exit license to the relevant personnel. After the treatment and examination, they shall return to the ward in time and shall not stay outside.
5. Please cooperate with the medical staff in the ward to carry out temperature monitoring, nucleic acid screening, information registration and other work.
6. Please wear masks and your family during hospitalization and take personal protection. If you have symptoms such as fever, cough, fatigue, diarrhea, or abnormal health code, you will actively inform the supervisor.

sampling time:
hospitals should check all nucleic acid sampling points/will test all nucleic acid sampling points sampling time is: 8:00-18:00 am (12:00 to 13:00 noon is the disinfection time of nucleic acid sampling points).
