Photovoltaic power generation typical design scheme
Distributed project access scheme is provided free of charge by the power grid company. To this end, State Grid completed the typical solution design of a distributed project.
. Design scope and content
"Typical Design of Distributed Photovoltaic Power Generation Access System" (hereinafter referred to as "Typical Design") is designed to be connected to the power grid at voltage levels of 10kV and below, and the total installed capacity of a single network connection point is less than 6 megawatts.
"Typical Design" divides 8 single-point access system solutions and 5 multi-point access system solutions according to the access voltage level, operation mode and access points. Each typical design scheme includes the design of related schemes for accessing the system, system relay protection and safety automatic devices, system scheduling automation, system communication, metering and settlement.
2. Design ideas
. Single-point access scheme division is divided into two categories according to the access voltage level: access 10kV and 380/220V.
According to the access location, it is divided into four categories: access to substation / distribution room /box transformer, opening and closing station / distribution box , ring cabinet and line.
is divided into two categories according to the access method: dedicated line access and T connection.
is divided into two categories according to the access property rights: access to the user's power grid and access to the public power grid.
. Multi-point access solution combination considers the situation of a single project multi-point access user grid, or multiple projects gather to access the public grid, and design a multi-point access combination solution.
is divided into three categories according to the access voltage level: multi-point access 380V combination scheme, multi-point access 10kV combination scheme, and multi-point access 10kV/380V combination scheme.
is divided into two categories according to the access property rights: access single user combination scheme and access public power grid combination scheme.
. Measuring point settings For accessing the user's power grid, the metering point settings are divided into two categories. One is to install a two-way checkpoint metering power meter, and the user's upper and lower grid power metering is measured separately; the other is to install a power generation metering power meter, which is used for power generation and electricity price subsidy measurement.
For access to the public power grid, the metering point is set at the property rights boundary point, and a power generation metering power meter is installed for power metering and electricity price compensation.
. Anti-isolation detection and protection distributed photovoltaic power generation system inverter must have the function of quickly and actively detecting the island and immediately disconnecting it from the power grid after detecting the island.
is connected to a 10kV distributed photovoltaic power generation project to form a dual detection and protection strategy. The 380V voltage level is the inverter to realize the anti-island detection and protection functions, but the interruption equipment with obvious interruption indication should be installed at the connection point.
. Communication methods are based on the differences in regional development of distribution networks, and communication methods are considered in accordance with the requirements of reducing access system investment and meeting the intelligent development of distribution networks.
priority is used to communicate with existing distribution network automation systems and marketing collection systems.
. The power generation system information collection and access to 10kV project, collecting the power supply grid connection status, current, voltage, active, reactive, power generation and other electrical operating conditions.
is connected to the 380V project, and only collects power information for the time being, and reserves the ability to collect information such as the circuit breaker station.
