In order to promote the disabled in Minggang Town to master more skills, promote the development of the disabled in "everyone has a certificate and a skill in Henan" with high quality, enhance the livelihood skills of disabled people in Minggang Town, and promote effective employment of disabled people. Recently, the Minggang Town Civil Affairs Office organized a free skill training course for pastry production on the first floor of the Minggang Town Library. The training lasted 3 days, and more than 50 qualified disabled people participated in the training.
This training class was conducted in a combination of theoretical explanation, on-site operation and practice. Pastry teachers with high professional level and rich teaching experience were invited to teach everyone. The main content was the basic knowledge of Chinese pastry and the production of basic pastry. The pastry teacher starts with the basic pastry making techniques, intersperses actual operations during the theoretical explanation process, popularizes the related process techniques and nutrition knowledge of the pastry, and answers questions to students with doubts one by one during the on-site operation. The students listened carefully, recorded carefully, and studied the pastry making from time to time. Under the guidance of the teacher, they made various pastries by themselves and exchanged their learning experiences with each other. After the training, students will pass the exam and those who pass the score will be awarded a professional skill certificate.
In the next step, Minggang Town Civil Affairs Institute will continue to promote the vocational skills training for the disabled, develop training projects in a targeted manner, and enjoy the "technical meal" for more disabled people, hold the "employment bowl" to realize the dream of flexible employment and self-employment.
