The Indian Navy destroyer "Lanvijay", "Sayadri" multi-function frigate and "Kadmat", "Kavalati" anti-submarine frigate, "Joti" fleet oil tanker, "Sukanya" offshore patrol ship, and submarine , MiG-29K fighter, long-range maritime patrol aircraft and carrier-based helicopter participated in the exercise. Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force participated in the ship , including the "Izumo" helicopter carrier and the "Gaobo" destroyer. The Indian Navy said that the complex drills through surface, underwater and air combat areas will help strengthen the mutual control of the two countries' maritime forces.
