Maintenance of circulating water pump

2. Check whether the switches, contactors, relays, and other electrical appliances in the cabinet are intact, and whether the components are damaged, fallen off, or loose. Tighten the wiring screws of the contact wires and terminals of each electrical appliance.
3. The main power supply of the control cabinet is disconnected, and the operation of the transfer switch and start-stop button is checked to be flexible and reliable.
4. Clean the appearance, control the dust on the outer surface of the cabinet, and wipe the cabinet body with a wrung wet rag.
5. Turn off the main power supply and check whether the power indicator light is normal.

1. Check whether the grounding of the motor and starting equipment is complete and reliable, and whether the wiring is good and correct.
2. Check whether the voltage and frequency marked on the motor nameplate are consistent with the actual power supply voltage and frequency.
3. For newly installed or long-term out of use motors, the relative phase and relative insulation resistance of winding should be checked before starting. The insulation group should be higher than 0.5 megohm. If it is lower than this value, the winding can be dried.
4. The winding rotor should check whether the brush device on the collecting ring can work normally and whether the brush impeller meets the requirements.
5. Check whether the motor rotates flexibly and whether the oil in the sliding bearing can reach the specified oil level.
6. Check whether the rated current of the motor fuse meets the requirements.
7. Check whether the fastening bolts and mounting bolts of the motor are tightened.
