Then we come to the production line of Ville cushions. It is not difficult to see that each cushion is mainly divided into four major materials: leather, bow material, bottom shell, and foam. The foam material is poured, baked, cooled, trimmed, and then combined with the bottom shell, followed by cutting, printing, embroidery, and gluing. The baked leather piece is wrapped around the combination of the foam material and the bottom shell, and then the bottom bow, which has undergone processes such as cutting, forming, heat treatment, sandblasting, and painting, can be placed under the bottom shell. Finally, the cushions undergo minor adjustments and quality inspections before entering the packaging process.
