The transaction price is comprehensively estimated by Jiangsu Huadian Jurong Power Generation Co., Ltd. based on the water-saving investment cost and the output value of the transferred water rights, and the preliminary transaction price is proposed. On this basis, negotiated and determined. On September 10, 2021, Jiangsu Huadian Jurong Power Generation Co., Ltd. and Jianhua Building Materials (China) Co., Ltd. completed the settlement of water rights transaction fees.
This surface water rights transaction is the first case in Jiangsu Province.
