New regulations on military leave
The newly revised "Interim Regulations on Military Vacation Work", will also be implemented from on January 1, 2023.
reminds everyone to pay attention to 3 key points -
1, Military leave can be divided into 3 times
The latest clarification of the new leave regulations on "segmented leave" is that "usually shall not exceed 3 times."
In other words, the total amount of vacation has not changed, but you can have one more opportunity to "take a vacation".
In other words, soldiers in other places can have one more chance to go home every year.
The increase in the number of vacations is very friendly to comrades living in two places, or even three places.
2, Before the marriage leave of soldiers was finalized for 10 days, due to the existence of "late marriage leave" for soldiers, soldiers who got married over the age of 25 can enjoy 7 days of late marriage leave.
Later, the marriage age of military personnel was adjusted, which means that anyone who meets the country’s legal marriage age can get married.
So for comrades who got married before the age of 25, do they enjoy 3 days of wedding leave, or do they enjoy "3+7" wedding leave?
Some units enforce that if you get married before the age of 25, you will not be given "7 days of late marriage leave."
Nowadays, new regulations are clear: Officers and sergeants who get married are entitled to 10 days of wedding leave.
It doesn’t matter whether you marry late or not, it’s just 10 days of leave, take it!
3, holiday discount, it is worth paying attention to
We talked about marriage and wedding leave earlier.
In fact, getting married in that year also involves the issue of adjusting during the annual leave, which deserves everyone's attention.
For example -
Zhang San’s family leave before getting married is 30 days; after getting married, the family leave is 45 days.
If he is getting married in March, then, how many days of vacation should he have this year? The calculation method of
should be like this:
3/12*30+(12-3)/12*45 =41.25 (calculated based on 42 days)
plus 10 days of marriage leave, the vacation of the year should be 52 days ( does not include travel).
The second half of the above formula belongs to the "holiday adjustment".
Of course, there are many reasons for military holiday adjustments, including but not limited to:
Unit adjustment and deployment
Personal work transfer
Family members accompanying the military
Changes in marital status (marriage Or divorce)

After the conversion, the vacation plan for annual leave and family leave must be adjusted in a timely manner.
The latest preferential treatment for railway travel for military personnel
Starting from January 1, 2023, the " Railway Passenger Transport Regulations " issued by the Ministry of Transport will officially come into effect!
The "Procedures" clearly state that members of the military and their families will enjoy preferential treatment in purchasing tickets, riding, etc.!
Article 15: Persons holding Disabled Military Personnel Certificate, Disabled People's Police Certificate, or National Comprehensive Fire Rescue Team Disabled Personnel Certificate can purchase preferential tickets with certificate.
Article 21 stipulates that railway transportation enterprises shall, in accordance with the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of the Status and Rights and Interests of Military Personnel", "Regulations on the Pensions and Preferential Treatment of Military Personnel", etc., provide priority ticket purchasing, priority boarding and other services to active servicemen, disabled servicemen, martyrs, survivors of servicemen who died in the line of duty and soldiers who died of illness, fire rescue personnel, and family members traveling with them, as well as their accompanying family members.
