Officers and soldiers in important positions of the Ministry deal with cars, guns, bullets, poisons, medicines, money, mobile phones, computers, and the Internet all year round. The risks are high and there are many hidden dangers. They must have the awareness of "failure to lose" to ensure safety and use "failure to fail" measures to ensure safety. Strict management of the military in accordance with the law is the fundamental guarantee for stable work. This department is becoming more and more strict in its safety work, and is strict to the end. At work, the department closely integrates the special rectification action of WeChat leaks and holds a working meeting of the confidentiality committee every quarter to study and discuss the laws and regulations of superior confidential documents and analyze the confidentiality situation; it organizes regular confidentiality inspections, thoroughly cleans up multi-year documents on office computers, dehydration printing software, and sports APPs and WeChat work groups on mobile phones. It resolutely corrects the problem of disorderly placement of confidential documents and materials, organizes confidentiality education videos, and strives to enhance the confidentiality awareness of officers and soldiers to prevent the occurrence of confidentiality issues. Throughout the year, we steadily promoted the activity of “Making Safety Work Great, Rectifying and Standardizing”, and welcomed the successful convening of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China with a safe, stable and good environment. Adhere to alcohol testing of all employees at least twice a week, conduct random tests on individual personnel from time to time, and conduct alcohol testing of personnel entering and exiting the camp every day to strictly prevent illegal drinking problems. Regularly inspect the implementation of normalized epidemic control, mobile phone management and other systems, and establish a clear direction for strict implementation.
Tighten the strings of your thoughts and be cautious from beginning to end. It’s the end of the year, and all annual work is coming to an end. However, there is no end point for safety work, and we need to work consistently to ensure that the safety work at the end of the year achieves the “four no’s” goals of no criminal cases, no responsible accidents, etc. The department has been safe and accident-free for 51 consecutive years.
