There is no square or circle without rules. A country cannot be ruled, and a people cannot be established. For a country, the constitution is like nectar, like sunshine; for us ordinary people, like armor, like benchmarks. December 4 is our National Constitution Day . The reason why this day is designated as Constitution Day is because our current constitution was officially implemented on December 4, 1982. This year marks the 40th anniversary of the promulgation and implementation of China's current constitution.

The Constitution is the fundamental law of the country and has the highest legal status, legal authority and legal effect in the national legal system. In order to further promote the spirit of the Constitution, Teacher Wang carried out the theme painting of "The Constitution Accompanies Me to Grow" in the sixth grade of the deaf, cultivating the students' constitutional awareness and patriotism, learning the Constitution, abide by the law, and promoting the spirit of the rule of law, so that everyone can strive to become an advocate of constitutional belief, a promoter of constitutional spirit, and a promoter of constitutional implementation.
