I am from Guangxi. Before joining the army, I was a master's student. I went to join the army at the age of 624 and became a new recruit in the Eastern Theater Command Army .
Because of the epidemic, we come to the army and need to be quarantined. The shower during the quarantine impressed me - more than a dozen people squeezed into the bathroom of more than ten square meters, with only three showers, and they were asked to finish it in one minute. After being isolated for a month, we were assigned for the second time, but I was not dismissed, and I was still in this recruit company .
I don’t know why. My recruits joined the army in eleven subjects, and they were half a beat slower than others. My comprehension and learning ability are always slower than others, so naturally practice is indispensable.
Speaking of tempering, we put our feet on the railing to do push-ups, we rushed to the circle and doubt our life, we crawled tactics to bleeding and swollen , our psychology and confidence were broken again and again, I can't recall these many details... Three months later, we put on the winter regular clothes , and awarded the title - becoming a private.
We are the squad platoons off before the Chinese New Year. My squad leader is a veteran of twelve years, Sichuanese , he doesn't like to talk, but he is very steady and has a unique temperament.
Our company is the Seventh Company. Like Xu Sanduo's Steel Seventh Company , it also has a brilliant war history. We are one of the few companies in the brigade that have a corporate song. Loyalty, courage, tenacity, and sacrifice are our souls.

I am a rifleman, and my training includes rifle, decomposition and combination of rifles, as well as various types of shooting subjects. At this time, physical training was very strong. The weather was warm and cold at that time. After 9:30, the sun came out and started to develop physical fitness. For people like me, it can be said to be a nightmare.
We all know that the training at this time is to make reserves for major tasks in April. As for the tasks in April, it is a practical task. I cannot explain it in detail here. In short, it is exciting and fulfilling.
5, 6 and 7 months ago, we went to the field to train. Compared with the more difficult troops, we live in a house, and the conditions can be said to be very good. On July 1, as the only party member in the army of the same year, I and all the party members of the battalion revisited the party oath .
In the later tactical assessment, I received twice praise from the company commander. From this moment, I became a brave and excellent People's Liberation Army soldier.
Running is an unavoidable topic in my military career. Running after 10 a.m., jogging in the afternoon physical fitness class, jogging at night, armed cross-country, heat-resistant training, cold-resistant training, three kilometers, five kilometers, ten kilometers, rushing to the lap, , running has also become my nightmare in the army.
is the place where we are training. The 45-degree slope covered with bricks and gravel is where I crawl in a low position and also where I must remember it for my life.
I have a good comrade, a good brother, he is from Fujian and was born in 2001. He and I met in the recruit company. At that time, he was at the shooting range and he was the first in the recruits in the entire brigade.
Later, he went to learn mortar . Later, I regarded him as my younger brother and had a better relationship than ordinary comrades. We sent a blackboard newspaper for the company. He painted, I wrote, and even when he was bitten by a tick, it turned out to be in the same position.
I care about him, and we love and kill each other.
A field training session. The day before returning to the camp, he had diarrhea and curled up in the corner. No one paid attention to him. I went to the local convenience store several times before getting him diarrhea medicine, afraid that he would have any accidents on the way to maneuver.
Whether during the day or at night, he answered my whistle, but he kept dragging me for a few minutes.
There was also a field training session. Because the weather was hot, two people were arranged to take turns to stand for 45 minutes. I always received the whistle on time, but he was not on time. We have had conflicts and quarrels, but in fact they are all trivial matters, and we made up later.
He finally retired from active service and went to college. My story with him has become a witness to the hard years of the army.

We changed into the 21-style training suit there. Faced with the hot weather and the dust crushed by the tank tracks, we squatted on the side of the road to eat, especially in the evening, looking at the sunset in the sky, it was so magnificent and brilliant. Only at this moment did I realize the true meaning of that sentence: "Bibimbap without feeling bitter, and I serve the country with passion."
If I had not joined the army, I would never understand this.
After completing the training mission, the troops had the task of maritime training. Since we were facing the retirement season, we did not participate in the preparatory training for maritime training. During the days when we were about to retire, the troops held a simple farewell party for us in the field.
On a morning when the dew was not drying, we put on big red flowers, quietly left the training ground in the wild, and quietly left our comrades. We are farewell. In order not to wake up the sleeping comrades, I shed tears. I wish the comrades who stayed in the team, I wish them good health, and I wish them new contributions.
We became the first people to retire through the 21-style military uniform.
After returning home, I was also at a loss and I still felt a moment of loss. Later, when I returned to school and returned to campus, I often recalled those hard and hard days I couldn't bear to remember.
The troops taught me to endure hardships, teach me to be a human being, teach me to abide by discipline, teach me to save money, teach me to be unyielding, and teach me to move forward.
Until more than a few months after retirement from the army, whenever I think of these, I still burst into tears.
