Qingxin District 2022 Adaptive Training Class for Veterans Opening
At the opening ceremony, Xia Baiyou, member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and Political Commissar of the District People's Armed Forces Department, expressed warm welcome and cordial greetings to the veterans who returned home gloriously.
He hopes that all retired soldiers will not forget the original aspirations of soldiers, reorganize their clothes and set out again, and devote themselves to the new stage of economic and social development with a spirit of hard work and initiative; they should continue to care about national defense construction, dedicate themselves to the cause of national defense, always obey the needs of the motherland, obey the call of the motherland, strive to make new contributions to safeguarding national security and stability, and create new glory in their lives on a new journey.
It is understood that this adaptive training for all employees lasts for 3 days. The training content includes Ideological and political education, interpretation of retired military personnel policies, entrepreneurship and job interview skills, interpretation of rural revitalization policies and other courses. It aims to help retired military personnel strengthen their ideals and beliefs, strengthen legal awareness, establish a correct employment concept, improve their competitiveness in employment and entrepreneurship, complete identity transformation as soon as possible, and better integrate into local construction.
Retired soldier Zhai Junliang, who has served in the army for 12 years, expressed his gratitude to the Qingxin District Veterans Affairs Bureau for organizing this training, which made him feel the warmth of "mother's family". "Through this training, we have learned a lot of policies for retired soldiers to find employment and entrepreneurship. In the future, we will continue to maintain the true nature of military personnel, serve the people, and not fade after retirement."
21-year-old veteran Chen Baijian said that he will resume school and continue to complete his university studies, hoping to "return to freshness after graduation and contribute to the development of his hometown."
