1982, veteran Fu Guangming registered the first private enterprise in Fujian Province and began this career that lasted for a lifetime. In 1994, Shengnong established the first non-public enterprise party branch of , , and was upgraded to the first non-public enterprise party committee in northern Fujian in 2004. Today, Shengnong Group has a total of 27,000 employees and 22 party branches. A small individual chicken farm has grown into more than 500 production bases and an annual production capacity of 600 million birds, ranking first in Asia.
After the white-feathered broiler entered China in the 1980s, my country quickly became the world's largest poultry consumer, but the source of white-feathered broiler has been monopolized by European and American companies for a long time, which once became a hidden concern for my country's food security. Since 2011, Fu Guangming has risked the supply cut and shutdown, and has invested more than 1.4 billion yuan to promote the white-feathered broiler breeding project. After difficult research, in 2019, Shengnong cultivated 11 original varieties and the first original varieties in China - the SZ901 supporting series.
In June this year, 96,000 sets of white-feathered broiler "Shengze 901" with completely independent intellectual property rights were officially supplied in batches in the market. Various indicators constitute the most eye-catching "report card" of the R&D Shengnong Group.
Under the advocacy and organization of Fu Guangming, Shengnong has donated a total of 2 billion yuan to Hope Project, disaster relief, roads, bridges, schools, hospitals and other infrastructure and local public welfare undertakings. More than 300 established villages in three provinces, Fujian, Jiangxi and Gansu, have built factories to provide training and employment positions for local farmers and drive feed crop planting. Among the 27,000 employees of Shengnong, farmers in three provinces account for more than 80%, especially the headquarters of Guangze County , one in every 3 laborers works in Shengnong Group.

He founded the Zhongdun Tea Professional Cooperative in Anxi County, providing free tea garden management, tea making skills, packaging and sales services to members. More than 50 households and more than 200 tea farmers have joined the cooperative and led tea farmers to grow tea and make tea. The cooperative party branch has formed six volunteer service teams for party membership, including policy publicity, tea planting, and technology promotion, forming a development model of "party building leadership + cooperative + farmers". Today, the cooperative party branch has 14 party members, with more than 300 mu of tea planting, with annual sales of more than 15 million yuan, and an average household profit of more than 120,000 yuan. At the same time, the cooperative provides jobs for 52 poverty-stricken households, low-income households, etc., leading low-income groups to become rich.
Wen Wenxi has published many works on tea culture, tea production, tea marketing, etc. Among them, the book "Basics of Tea and Tea Culture" has been included in the National Secondary Vocational Demonstration School Construction Curriculum Reform and Innovation Textbook. At the same time, he invented more than 10 patents, including "a rapid heat sink for baking tea", "an automatic green making machine and its control method", and "a processing method for semi-fermented and steamed green tea". He took the lead in establishing the " Anxi Tieguanyin Production Skills Training Institute" and taught what he had learned to more tea farmers.Joined the Anxi County Farmers Lecturer Group, and whenever he has time, he goes to the fields and tea gardens and hills... Over the years, he has held more than 800 training lectures, benefiting more than 20,000 tea farmers, and cultivating 106 pioneers of high-skilled talents and party members to lead wealth.
