In the new fiscal year, in order to help Australia solve the visa backlog and skills shortage faster, the government pays more attention to visa priority. Recently, the Minister of Immigration announced the New Direction 100 policy, announcing that some visas will be prioritized.
Technical visa application is processed in the following order of priority:
Visa application related to health care or education profession.
The employer guarantees a visa. The applicant for the visa application is an approved employer with the guarantee qualification.
Visa application involves engaging in a certain occupation in a designated remote area.
All permanent residence visas and temporary visa categories, as well as visa applications included in immigration programs, but do not include the 188 temporary visa for business and innovation investment.
All other visa applications.
For all the above categories, qualified passport holders will be given priority.
In each of the above categories, overseas priority is given for temporary and permanent technical visa applications!
