According to the New York Post, a drug dealer leader in Nebraska, USA, had fled for more than 35 years and was arrested by the authorities in Ocala, Florida on December 3.
72-year-old Howard D. Farley was arrested when he was about to climb onto a private jet from his balcony. The authorities discovered that the name, date of birth, and social security number he used were all embezzling a baby who had died in 1954. The authorities only disclosed the abbreviated name "T.B." for the child
. He was born in Lake Worth, Florida in 1954 and died three months later.
Farley also has a forged pilot's license, which was also processed under the baby's fake identity. After evading the authorities for 35 years, he was targeted in February 2020 for using false information to apply for a passport.
In the 1980s, Farley was the "main leader" on the southern route of drug trafficking in Nebraska, specializing in the distribution of drugs using a railway line.

In 1985, he was indicted by the federal grand jury of Nebraska. Among all 74 people indicted, he was the only one who escaped arrest by the authorities.
After that, Farley "disappeared" using a false identity. He applied for a passport with a false identity in March 1987, October 1998 and October 2008. He also obtained a Florida driver's license and pilot license.
