Liu Daxiang made a report on the proposal work to the conference. Since the first session of the 13th CPPCC National Committee, all CPPCC members, participating units and special committees have closely followed the major issues of the city's reform and development under the new situation and practical issues related to the immediate interests of the people, and actively used proposals to perform their duties. A total of 506 proposals were submitted, including 58 collective proposals, and 434 cases were reviewed and filed, with a filing rate of 85.77%.
