Thousands of Americans demonstrated in the capital Washington on Saturday, June 6, protesting against the death of Black Freud due to police violence.
The female mayor of Washington, Bowser, also appeared in the newly named "Black Fate is Fate" square to join the demonstrators.
According to a Reuters report on June 6, in order to maintain law and order, hundreds of soldiers arrived near the White House by 6 buses at 6 in the morning. Most of the soldiers were wearing body armor, holding shields, and Hummers. Military vehicles are parked along the street.
Washington police said that at noon, about 3,000 demonstrators gathered in the Lincoln Memorial, and about 3,000 people gathered near the White House.
Some people gathered in front of the Congress and then detoured to demonstrate. Some drivers honked their horns to show their support to the protesting crowd.
There were also hundreds of people marching through Washington University Hospital, shouting "We march for hope, not for hatred", "I can't breathe!" and other slogans.
Due to the hot weather, some Washington residents took to the streets to hand out drinks and snacks to the protesters.

In the afternoon local time, Washington’s female Mayor Bowser appeared in the newly named "Black Fate is Fate" Plaza to announce to the demonstrators Speech.
She said: "We want the army to leave our city". She also pointed at Trump and said, "If he lets the military take over Washington, he can take over any state, and none of us is safe. On June 5th, Bowser approved an unprecedented project of the Washington Department of Public Works: On the Road to the White House , Wrote the big characters "fate of a black man is also fate" on the ground with yellow paint. The day before, Bowser had just passed Trump head-on. She posted a letter to Trump on social media, asking Trump to withdraw federal law enforcement personnel and troops in Washington.
