405 meters high! Moscow builds Europe's tallest residential building "One Tower"

On July 5, 2019, the Deputy Mayor of Moscow announced at the Moscow City Forum that Moscow will build a 405-meter high skyscraper "One Tower", which will be Russia The new landmark of the capital and one of the tallest residential buildings in Europe.

This skyscraper will be 30 meters higher than the current tallest building in Moscow, the Federal Building. It is constructed with a unique geometric shape, 101 stories high and 3 stories underground.

Moscow Deputy Mayor Marat Khusnullin revealed that the preliminary construction of the project has already begun. The One Tower has 101 floors and is expected to be completed in 2024.

According to the first deputy director-general of the Moscow Development Department Albert Suniev, this skyscraper will have unique functional, visual and technical features. Europe will be unique.

One Tower was designed by Sergey Skuratov Architects. The architect's design was inspired by yacht canvas and airplane wings. The water chestnut clear shape and tilt design make the building extremely Recognizable.
