Recently, the Guiyang Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau held a video conference on the city's special action of food safety "keeping the bottom line, checking hidden dangers, and ensuring safety". Luo Jun, member of the Party Committee and Director of Food Safety of Guiyang Municipal Market Supervision Administration, presided over the meeting. The leaders in charge of the Market Supervision and Administration Bureau of Gui'an New District, the leaders in charge of the Market Supervision and Administration Bureaus of each district (city, county) and the development zone branch bureaus and relevant persons in charge of the video conference. At the meeting, the spirit of the fifth scheduling video conference of the Provincial Bureau’s special action of “keeping the bottom line, checking hidden dangers, and ensuring safety” was conveyed and studied, and the "Opinions on Establishing and Improving a Working Mechanism for Layered and Graded Precise Prevention and Control End and Effective Terminal Management Responsibilities" of the State Administration for Market Regulation on Supervision and Administration of Enterprises for Implementing the Main Responsibilities of Food Safety" and the "Implementation Plan for Implementing Opinions" of the Provincial Food and Drug Safety Committee of the Provincial Government. I heard the Gui'an New District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau on the investigation and rectification of hidden dangers in food-related fields. The Provincial Market Supervision Bureau reported on the work of food production, circulation and catering links and made arrangements and deployments for the next step of work. The meeting emphasized that the special action of "observation, inspection and protection" for food safety is a key task deployed by the State Administration for Market Regulation throughout the whole year. All levels and departments should attach great importance to it, and with a sense of responsibility and mission of "always be at ease", we should strictly implement the work. First, We must improve our ideological understanding and carry out the special action of "guarding, checking and protecting". We will organically combine the implementation of the "Opinions" and "Regulations" with the promotion of special actions to "observe, inspect and protect" food safety, take resolute and powerful measures, thoroughly investigate problems and hidden dangers, severely crack down on all kinds of food safety violations, and ensure the "safety on the tip of the tongue" of the people. The second is , and we must benchmark and steadily promote the implementation of the "two responsibilities" working mechanism. We must accurately grasp the work requirements, form a special working team, formulate and refine implementation plans, and clarify duties and responsibilities. We must grasp the time nodes, find out the basic data in a timely manner, keep a close eye on key tasks such as "three lists, one commitment", "two equipment" and "daily control, weekly inspection, and monthly dispatch", give full play to the innovation capabilities of grassroots units, and effectively improve the level of food safety work. Third, must keep a close eye on the goal and make every effort to promote the creation of national food safety demonstration city . This year is the final year for Guiyang to create a national food safety demonstration city. All levels and departments in the city should further gather their work synergy, firmly establish risk awareness and bottom-line thinking, use practical actions and supervision effectiveness, do their best to do all creation work, continuously build a solid line of food safety defense, and effectively enhance the people's sense of happiness, gain and security.
