In 2022, the Procuratorial Hearing Room of Jiamusi Railway Transportation Procuratorate successfully passed the evaluation and acceptance of the Supreme People's Procuratorate and was approved for live broadcast on the "China Procuratorial Hearing Network".
Since this year, our court has actively implemented the deployment and arrangements of the Supreme People's Procuratorate, the Provincial Procuratorate, and the Branch on the construction of procuratorial hearing rooms, taking the goal of "making fairness and justice visible" for procuratorial hearings as its work goal, practiced the concept of adapting to local conditions, practicing thrift and applying feasible, making full use of existing office spaces and original available facilities, and strictly followed the standards of the "Specifications for the Setting of Procuratorial Hearing Rooms of the People's Procuratorate" and the "Technical Guidelines for the Construction of Hearing Rooms of the Procuratorial Organs". Finally, the construction standard of the procuratorial hearing room with a total area of about 50 square meters was upgraded to the standardization, openness and intelligence level integrating hearing Internet live broadcast, hearing link control, synchronous recording and video recording, evidence display and other functions. , after completing the hardware construction and software debugging, our court actively organized police officers to carry out multiple offline simulation drills, and passed two live tests of the Supreme People's Procuratorate to continuously correct problems, summarize experiences, and improve details. During the acceptance process, we strictly follow the requirements to ensure that the procuratorial hearing room is set up in a standardized manner, the live broadcast of the procuratorial hearing network is smooth, the audio and video is clear, and the system and equipment operation is accurate. It complies with the Supreme People's Procuratorate's evaluation and acceptance standards for the procuratorial hearing room, successfully pass the acceptance, and is allowed to access the "China Procuratorial Hearing Network" platform.
Procuratorial hearing is a concrete manifestation of deepening active judicial prosecution, and it is also a concrete practice of implementing the work requirements of "procuratorial do practical things for the people". In the next step of work, our court will continue to strengthen the standardization of procuratorial hearings, implement the work requirements of "hearing all those who should be heard", vigorously improve the efficiency of the use of procuratorial hearing rooms, and effectively allow the procuratorial power to operate in the sunshine, and comprehensively improve the transparency and judicial credibility of procuratorial case handling.
