The expert group consisted of Liu Yaobin, Bo Zheng and Wang Ning of the Provincial Land Reform Center, the Municipal Natural Resources Bureau, the New District Branch, the provincial technical cooperation unit Chang'an University, Qinyu Real Estate Assessment Consulting Co., Ltd., and the District Agriculture Bureau, Water Affairs Bureau, and Statistics Bureau attended the meeting together.

At the meeting, the Provincial Land Reform Center introduced the purpose and significance and requirements of the pilot work of rating and valuation of garden and grasslands, as well as the plan and arrangements for the pilot work of rating and rating of garden and grasslands.
