On the morning of November 14, Lu Bin, deputy secretary of the Party Working Committee of Hai'an Hi-Tech Zone and director of the Management Committee, carried out the "Hundred Regiments to Enter One Million Enterprises and Tens of Million Employees" safety production learning and publicity activity at the High-tech Zone Conference Center.
Lu Bin gave a comprehensive and detailed lecture on doing a good job in safety from three aspects: "correctly grasping the relationship between enterprise development and production safety, continuously improving the level of enterprise's inherent safety, and strictly implementing the safety responsibility of all employees of the enterprise" and combining examples. He pointed out that security is the lifeline of an enterprise's development. Enterprise development cannot override life, and it cannot put safety behind benefits and be out of the law. Enterprises should increase investment in production safety and actively investigate hidden dangers. They should also establish and improve the system, strengthen education and training, implement the main responsibilities of enterprises, and truly achieve "I know how to be safe."
Lu Bin emphasized that the responsibility for production safety is more important than Mount Tai. The whole district should firmly establish the concept of safe development and do a solid job in all aspects of safe production.
