It is understood that in 2022, the Municipal Urban Management Bureau Municipal Construction and Public Service Center undertakes 21 municipal projects. The projects mainly involve pump station upgrades and renovations, pump stations new construction, gate remote control system construction, drainage pipeline network new connection, drainage pipeline network dredging inspection, bridge and underground passage safety inspection, etc. The completion and implementation of these projects can not only effectively improve Luohe City's urban drainage and flood prevention capabilities, but also provide strong guarantees for the safe travel of the general public.
In order to ensure the vigorous promotion of the project, the Municipal Urban Management Bureau implemented the "command + special team" model. Under the unified leadership of the Party Group of the Bureau, the Municipal Center established 5 special projects, and members of the center team and the head of the special team to strengthen leadership and promote rapidly. It overcomes difficulties such as severe epidemic situation, tight construction periods and heavy tasks, and difficult high-temperature operations during the summer, ensuring high-quality and rapid progress of the project. It has successively completed 17 key projects of people's livelihood projects, quality improvement in 100 cities, flood control and drainage.
Currently, it is the critical period of the last quarter of this year. The Municipal Urban Management Bureau Municipal Construction and Public Service Center takes the study and implementation of the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China as the driving force, and focuses on accelerating the progress of the project, safe production, and ensuring construction quality. It formulates a weekly plan of the project by reversed construction periods. The project leader commands to carry out weekly supervision, implements weekly comparison of progress, and strengthens construction guarantee measures. At the same time, each under construction project operates at multiple teams, multiple machinery, and multiple links at the same time. The construction personnel are working hard and working at full speed. Compared with the "timetable" and "battle map", they work overtime day and night.
At present, the progress of four under construction projects, including the new construction project of the Ganjiang Road Pump Station in Heihe East Branch, the new construction project of the Heihe East Branch Pump Station, the upgrade and renovation of Jiefang Road Pump Station, and the second section of the city's urban sewage treatment pipeline supporting project, have all come to an end. The relevant person in charge of the center said that he will still focus on key points and make precise efforts, and with more high morale, more enthusiasm and more vigorous enthusiasm, we will promote the construction of key projects to "accelerate" faster, ensure that the project is fully completed by the end of November this year, and further enhance the sense of gain and happiness of the citizens.
