——Sanmenxia Municipal People's Procuratorate successfully held the " Sanmenxia Municipal Procuratorate 2022 Criminal Execution Procuratorial Business Competition"
In order to implement the basic work ideas of the "one, two, four, six" of the Party Group of the Municipal Court, based on the job functions, test the laws and regulations, business knowledge mastery of our city's criminal execution procuratorial police, and further improve the ability and legal supervision of criminal execution procuratorial capabilities and legal supervision, on November 1, the Sanmenxia Municipal People's Procuratorate successfully held the 2022 Criminal Execution Procuratorial Business Competition of the Sanmenxia Municipal Procuratorate, and 18 contestants from six grassroots courts participated in the competition.
This competition is divided into two parts: knowledge competition and practical training competition. The knowledge competition is conducted in the form of required answers, quick answers, and risk questions, which mainly examines the degree to which criminal execution prosecutors should master the knowledge that criminal execution prosecutors should know and know about the criminal execution prosecutors' business. The players on the field were well prepared, the compulsory questions were flowing, the quick answers were intense, the risky questions were exciting, and the whole game was exciting and the climax continued. The training competition requires all participating teams to analyze and judge the case information given, and produce legal documents such as qualitative opinions, clue evaluation reports and investigation plans, which mainly examine the ability and level of criminal execution prosecutors' police in investigating judicial personnel's relevant duty crimes. Through the combination of PPT display and on-site explanation, the investigation skills of participants from all aspects and multiple angles is also a rare learning and exchange.
In order to ensure the fairness and justice of the competition and achieve practical results, our court has established an organization committee with Yang Sen, a member of the Party Group and deputy procurator-general, as the group leader, and Zhang Tingwen, member of the Party Group and director of the Political Department, as the deputy group leader, and has an office in the Fourth Procuratorate Department to be responsible for the competition-related matters and the Procuratorial Supervision Department supervised the entire process. The competition specially invited Wang Yingli, director of the Organization Department of the Political Department of the Municipal Court, Lei Yan, director of the Legal Policy Research Office, Bai Yanan, director of the Fifth Procuratorate Department, Wang Shuping, deputy director of the First Procuratorate Department, and Wang Kunpeng, deputy director of the Third Procuratorate Department, as judges. After fierce competition, the Lingbao Municipal People's Procuratorate finally won the "Excellent Organization Award", and six people including Lu Junmei, Hubin District Procuratorate, Wang Panpan, Shanzhou District Procuratorate, Yang Ying, Lingbao Municipal Procuratorate, Liang Xueyan, Bi Xinsheng, and Duan Yanfei, Lushi County Procuratorate, were awarded "Business Experts". Guo Zhen, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and deputy procurator of the Municipal Procuratorate, Zhang Junhe, member of the Party Committee and head of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group of the Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision stationed in the Municipal Procuratorate, and Yang Sen, member of the Party Committee and deputy procurator of the Municipal Procuratorate, presented awards to the award-winning units and individuals.
