Prospect of Lotte World Tower
Since the new century, Asian countries have experienced rapid economic growth and major changes in the global economic structure. This phenomenon has been deeply reflected in the construction field. The beauty is contending. In super high-rise clubs above 400 meters, China, Malaysia, and the UAE from Asia have occupied the majority. In the past two years, South Korea has also joined the competition. The Lotte World Tower (554.5 meters) built in 2017 and the LCT Landmark Tower (411.6 meters) in 2019 have demonstrated Korea's ambitions.

World’s super high-rise TOP7
This is a 554.5-meter tall skyscraper located near Lotte World in Seoul, South Korea. It surpasses the Korean Ryugyong Hotel (330 meters) and becomes the No. A tall building, ranked fifth in the world.
Building format distribution
Lotte World Tower is composed of observation decks, hotels, office areas, etc. It is a "vertical city" that is diversified as it goes up: 1-2 floors are mainly composed of financial centers, medical health centers and galleries; 14- The 38th floor is the office area, where many multinational companies will stay; the 42-71 floors are high-end hotel-style business areas for users to work, live and relax.
It is worth mentioning that the “Seoul Sky” on the 117th-123th floor is the third tallest (500 meters) observatory in the world, and the sky deck on the 118th floor is the world’s highest glass-panel observatory.
Lotte World Tower was designed by KPF Architects in the United States. The architects used the celadon curve to shape the appearance of the building. The exterior of the building is a white metal grid pattern made of shiny silver glass. The exterior surface is curved upwards, but does not overlap at the top.
The skyline of a city represents the identity of a city and must be carefully considered in all our designs. In addition to adding features to the city and constructing projects, we must also treat the building's vision from the outside to the inside and from the inside to the outside carefully and with respect. We pay attention to the positive interaction with the public at all levels, so we design the tower without exception leaving a public space at the top. In addition, we also emphasize the way the building satisfies the street level and influences the pedestrian experience. --KPF Architects
