On October 24, Zhou Deyan, member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of the Lichuan Municipal CPPCC, Mou Chaohui, director of the National Legal Committee of the Ancestral Union and Friendship, and 5 CPPCC members came to the Lichuan Municipal Procuratorate to carry out the democratic supervision and inspection activity of "Construction of the Protection and Support System for Minors". Li Xiaobing, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and deputy procurator-general of the court, Wang Lei, full-time member of the procuratorial committee, and police officers from relevant departments participated in the event. The inspection team of
first came to the hospital's "one-stop" protection center for minors, visited the juvenile victim inquiry room, psychological counseling room and other places, and read the juvenile protection brochure.
At the subsequent symposium, members of the inspection team watched the legal education film for minors produced by the hospital. Then, Wang Lei reported to the inspection team on the work of the "Construction of the Minor Protection and Support System" of the Lichuan Municipal Procuratorate since 2020, and put forward corresponding suggestions on the difficulties in the juvenile prosecution work.
Zhou Deyan highly affirmed the prosecution work of the court for minors, believing that the work of the procuratorate is very effective, the working methods are unique, the management of the agency is refreshing, and the handling of cases is standard and warm. The suggestions put forward are profound and insightful, and the selfless image also reveals harmony and warmth.
Regarding how to do a good job in protecting minors, Zhou Deyan emphasized, "We must attach great importance to and implement them efficiently, increase the publicity of the rule of law, strengthen the crackdown on law enforcement, and ensure that no one or organization that should be hit will be missed; we must work together and form a joint force to build a work pattern in which the Party Committee attaches importance to, government promotion, departmental coordination, and social participation; we must start from me and start from a young age, base ourselves on our job responsibilities, drive the people around us, and jointly speak out, warm up and work for the protection of minors."
