Since the assistance work of buildings and courtyards in old communities in the city was launched, the Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Film and Tourism has attached great importance to it. While arranging the cadres of the agency to give full play to the "hand-in-hand" working mechanism to strengthen docking and contact, it actively coordinated and pragmatically solved the "urgent, difficult and anxious" problems of the assistance communities, and worked with May Day community cadres and staff, community building managers and enthusiastic residents to steadily promote the civilized creation activities, achieving good results, and the assistance and creation work ranked first in the municipal assistance units.
First, find out the basic number. Members of the Party Leadership Group of the Bureau responsible for helping old communities led the organs' assistance cadres to May Day Community for more than 10 times to conduct docking, on-site inspections, and visits to understand the living environment and living conditions of the residents of the five assisted communities, the composition and political appearance of the community personnel, the daily management and living order operation of the community, etc., and to understand the key points and difficulties in creating and the expectations of the people.
The second is to create and improve. In response to the "urgent, difficult and anxious" problems and creation gaps among the people, organized and designed companies, communities and residents to study and demonstrate the creation and improvement plan many times. We have increased the investment in human, material and financial resources to make up for shortcomings and solve problems. We have invested more than 220,000 yuan in succession, purchased 15 sets of tables and chairs for the community, equipped 30 trash cans to assist the communities, added 1 fixed publicity column, and designed and installed more than 40 promotional layouts; painted and renovated more than 4,000 square meters of walls, greened more than 100 meters of skirts in the fence, dredged and upgraded sewers, sorted out and standardized more than 100 meters of laying lines; added lighting facilities and laying safety monitoring systems.
The third is volunteer service. We will give full play to the advantages of the industry and organize party members of the municipal cultural, radio and tourism system to carry out the "Cultural and Tourism Companionship and Create a Peer" volunteer service activity for party members to enter the community, and work with the majority of residents to improve the living environment and civilized atmosphere of the community; we will work with the Opera Art Development Center to carry out the "Welcome the Twenty Top 20 Operas to Ten Thousand Homes and Send Culture to the Community Literary Performances", and live broadcast through online platforms such as cultural and tourism Xuchang Cloud, and the number of online viewers reached more than 78,000.
Fourth is to help prevent the epidemic. Arrange the cadres of the agency to go to the community to assist community cadres and medical staff in nucleic acid testing and screening of more than 700 community residents. Take the initiative to connect with the assistance communities, raise funds to purchase a batch of epidemic prevention materials, and deliver them to old communities to help prevent and control the epidemic.
Next step, the Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Film and Tourism will thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, make good use of the "hand in hand" working mechanism and civilization creation activity platform, further strengthen contact with community cadres and masses, dynamically understand the actual situation of the community community, and carry out activities such as cultural services at the grassroots level, civilization creation and volunteer services, and work with community cadres and employees and community residents to build a better home and make positive contributions to the realization of the high-level goal of urban and rural construction.
