General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly emphasized that " Strictly governing the Party is the key to strictly governing officials" and "the key to strict governance of the Party is to strictly manage cadres." Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the organization department has followed the firm pace of comprehensive and strict governance of the Party, demanding cadres with strict standards, managing cadres with strict measures, and restraining cadres with strict discipline, and has launched a "combination punch" of strictly managing and supervising cadres.
First, continuously improve the reporting system for personal matters of leading cadres with Chinese characteristics. The reporting system for personal matters of leading cadres will be included in the overall design of comprehensive and strict governance of the Party. As a powerful tool for strict governance of the Party and officials, a comprehensive random inspection and verification will be carried out, and the random inspection ratio will be increased from 3%-5% per year to 10%.
