At present, we are in a critical period of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Reform and development are in an important stage of overcoming difficulties. On the road ahead, we will face no less major struggles. To boost the spirit of struggle in the great practice of the new era, we must accurately grasp the inner relationship between governing the country, securing the border, and stabilizing Tibet; we must fully understand the great significance of ethnic unity and social stability to national unity and national security; we must correctly handle the relationship between stability, development and ecology; we must also fully understand that stabilizing Tibet and health is the most important political task assigned by the Party Central Committee to Ganzi Prefecture.
Forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation is the first

Forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation is the focus of deepening the promotion of ethnic work under the leadership of the Party in the new era, and all our work must be focused on this.
Shouldering the political responsibility of ecological protection in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River and the Yellow River is the focus of boosting the spirit of struggle. We must enhance political awareness, be good at looking at problems from a political perspective, be good at grasping the overall political situation, constantly improve political judgment, political understanding, and political execution, and resolutely integrate the spirit of struggle into specific work, internalize it in our hearts, externalize it in our actions, and take root. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, General Secretary Xi Jinping has visited and guided the Yangtze River and the Yellow River, and has delivered a series of important speeches and made a series of important instructions on many important meetings and occasions, guiding the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt, ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin.As an important part of the largest green ecological barrier and main water source conservation area in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River and the Yellow River, Ganzi Prefecture shoulders the important task of safeguarding national ecological security. It must "protect the ecological environment like protecting eyes" and resolutely shoulder the political responsibility of ecological protection in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River and the Yellow River.

Only by developing production can we truly meet the long-term eagerness of the people of Ganzi Prefecture for pursuing a better life.
