At the 2022 Ningbo Public Disaster Insurance Work Conference held in September, Qiu Bo, professor of Ningbo University Business School and director of the Ningbo University Financial Research Center, introduced the process of writing the manuscript: the project was launched at the end of 2020. After preliminary preparations such as research, interviews, data sorting, etc., the first draft of 2021 was released. By convening manuscript seminars and review meetings, the manuscript was discussed and revised from multiple sources, and the manuscript was officially formed in the first half of 2022.
