The water ecological environment governance system is being improved at a faster pace. Formulate policy documents such as the "Three-Year Action Plan" for Ecological Protection in the South Four Lakes Basin (2021-2023), "Jining City Artificial Wetland Construction and Operation Three-Year Action Plan (2021-2023), and "Naning City Water Quality Assurance Action Plan before Flood Flood" and promulgate the "Jining City Water Environment Protection Regulations", providing institutional and legal guarantees for the city's water ecological environment protection.
Pollution prevention and control in key areas continue to deepen. The carrying capacity of the water ecological environment has been significantly improved. 70 artificial wetland water quality purification projects have been built, with an area of 159,000 mu, and the daily deep treatment capacity of recycled water has reached more than 1 million cubic meters. A cluster of artificial wetlands with a complete range of types, a variety of aquatic plants and a large area have been formed.
