According to the Associated Press report, multiple explosions were heard in the center of Kiev, suspected to be caused by the missile strike; the mayor of Kiev later confirmed that there were multiple explosions in the Shevchenko district in the city center.

The British "House " said that the explosion seemed to have occurred near the Kiev railway station; but the Russian News Agency reported that Grashenko, the adviser of the Ukrainian Ministry of Internal Affairs, confirmed that a missile landed on Vladimir Street, and the presidential office of Zelensky and the Ukrainian National Security Agency were both located on this street.
There is no doubt that this is Russia's revenge.
