Jiangchuan District Government Affairs Service Center has not implemented the relevant requirements of the "Implementation Rules for the Management of Office Spaces of Party and Government Organs in Jiangchuan District, Yuxi City". It neither strictly supervised the rectification nor handed over the relevant departments for investigation and punishment in accordance with regulations, resulting in the failure of office space in seven units to rectify for a long time. It was not until May 2022 that under the supervision of relevant departments that the Jiangchuan District Government Affairs Service Center conducted a comprehensive cleanup, investigation and rectification of the management and use of office spaces of party and government agencies. In July 2022, the Party Group of Jiangchuan District Organ Affairs Service Center was reported to be held accountable, and Zhang Yabin, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of Jiangchuan District Organ Affairs Service Center, was warned and held accountable.
2. Mengla Branch of Xishuangbanna Prefecture Ecological Environment Bureau and Mengban Town People's Government impose strict law enforcement and poor supervision on the illegal production of charcoal plants, and the rectification period is "stopped again and again".
From May to October 2021, the Mengla Branch of Xishuangbanna Prefecture Ecological Environment Bureau took the lead and the Mengbang Town People's Government cooperated to supervise and inspect the illegal production of a charcoal factory and issue a "Notice of Order to Correction" twice, ordering it to "stop production, demolish production equipment and restore the original state of the site before November 10, 2021." However, the supervision and enforcement work of Mengla Branch of Xishuangbanna Prefecture Ecological Environment Bureau and the supervision and rectification work of Mengpang Town People's Government are only written and verbal, and no effective measures are taken to urge rectification. The charcoal factory is still continuing to produce activities, and environmental pollution issues have been complained by the public many times. On November 22, 2021, the Mengla Branch of Xishuangbanna Prefecture Ecological Environment Bureau conducted another on-site inspection of the suspension and demolition of production. When it was found that the factory had stopped production but had not demolished the production facilities, it did not take further measures to urge rectification. Until January 2022, I received another complaint from the public, and the supervision and inspection found that the factory was "resurrected" and that the undemolished facilities were burning charcoal. After many urges, the charcoal factory has been completely demolished and the site has been restored to its original state. In August 2022, Wang Ganghong, secretary of the Party Leadership Group, director of the Mengla Branch of the Xishuangbanna Prefecture Ecological Environment Bureau, and captain of the Mengla County Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Brigade, was reported and held accountable, and relevant responsible personnel of the Mengpang Town People's Government were dealt with accordingly.
