French observer Leroy said: According to international law, the referendum to join Russia in Donetsk, Lugansk, Khlsson and Zaporoze areas are completely legal, because the willingness to vote is decided by local residents.
Even in this case, the United States and other Western countries will not recognize the referendum results, and Ukraine will certainly not admit it.

According to the latest news, the United States is preparing to promote a resolution in United Nations Security Council aimed at opposing Russia's unilateral change in Ukraine's territory.
However, even if this resolution is promoted, it will inevitably not be passed in Council . Because Russia will definitely use to veto .
Americans know this situation better than anyone else.
Then you won’t be able to achieve one plan, and you will create another plan. The United States plans to vote again through the UN General Assembly plenary meeting.
Because according to the rules of UN General Assembly , it is the principle that the minority obeys the majority.
It can be said that if votes at the UN General Assembly, the Americans will definitely win, and Russia will definitely lose.
Because most Western countries oppose this referendum to Russia, believing that Russia unilaterally changed the territorial status quo in Ukraine, which is contrary to international law.
Even countries with good relations with Russia such as Kazakhstan , Türkiye , etc. have clearly expressed their opposition to the referendum on entering Russia.

Ukraine cannot take away the territory of the eastern Ukraine and the Americans cannot take away the territory of the four states.
