In order to conscientiously implement the "Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Strengthening Legal Supervision of Procuratorial Organs in the New Era" and the "Opinions of the Supreme People's Procuratorate on Comprehensively Strengthening Intellectual Property Procuratorial Work in the New Era", further improve the quality and efficiency of intellectual property protection work. Recently, the Decheng District Procuratorate and the District Court held a joint meeting to jointly sign the "Framework Agreement on the Coordination of Intellectual Property Trial and Procuratorial Functions".
It is reported that the "Framework Agreement on Cooperation between Intellectual Property Trial and Procuratorial Functions" starts from the actual situation of procuratorial work and intellectual property trials, and establishes a collaboration mechanism from multiple aspects such as sharing data and information resources, establishing consultation mechanisms, and strengthening publicity and cooperation.
Next step, the two courts will take the signing of this document as an opportunity to continue to implement the "Framework Agreement on the Coordination of Intellectual Property Trial and Procuratorial Functions", uphold the principles of mutual respect, mutual supervision, and benign interaction, establish a coordinated mechanism for judicial protection of intellectual property rights, carry out regular communication and exchanges on judicial protection of intellectual property rights, establish an information sharing and cooperation mechanism, hold regular intellectual property rights judicial protection coordination meetings, report on the work of intellectual property rights trial and procuratorial, gather the joint efforts of judicial protection of intellectual property rights, and help the high-quality development of Decheng economy.
